Mrs. RWM and I just got back from a nice dinner. We went early to make sure we got a seat since the place has been mobbed lately. We barely made it since it was already hopping at 5:00. We were in and out in less than an hour. They have to be making a killing but they are working for it. It is sort of a wood oven pizza place with a wonderful bier menu, We both had a good but unadventurous Allagash White, from their standard tap menu. None of the specialties floated my boat, mainly because a lot were those 10 ouncers which is like a thimble full. One of their standards is Yard's Brawler, sort of a brown ale that is very good. And it you are feeling cheap, there is Yuengling. I loved my salad - zucchini ribbons with prosciutto, feta, roasted red peppers, and kalamata olives. I could pretty easily duplicate all that at home except for the zucchini ribbons. They magically transformed zucchini into a delicacy! Just a very well executed restaurant. Of all things I was impressed by coasters under the high top table to prevent rocking. I figure if they pay attention to that level of detail, it is a good sign.5 points

1. A sprain is worse than a break. 2. Pedal wrenches have plenty of other uses. 3. Tubes, tubeless, or tubas? Which are best.5 points

I have been out of touch for a month or so, 200 miles north of the Arctic Circle. We had little Internet. Sooooo...., what have I missed? Me sitting in the middle of the famed "North West Passage" on a Komatik(sled). It was a warm day at - 30 so it was a relaxing day In case you ever wondered what it looked like diving under the Arctic Ice. (I am the guy on your right) I would like to say that I am much better looking than this and -40 freezes your face, but truth be told this is me in all my frozen glory.5 points

Last night we went to Thai restaurant that was tough to find. It was located by an expressway..in a hotel. However there were lineups of locals. The servings were quite large. Pad Thai with a kick, chicken curry and a shrimp stir fry with tamarind sauce. They had coconut rice which was a tad heavy because to me, they used abit of coconut crème instead of coconut. Rice treatment was unnecessary. It's always interesting to visit locally run places that aren't easy to find but locals love it and owners having been in business for past few decades. Just terrific.3 points

We had four years in a row that we went to the TransSiberian orchestra concert. That was when they had their kickoff Christmas Tour starting in Youngstown. Our biggest common ground on music we both love is a singer songwriter by the name of Benjamin Fleet. He has never written a song we didn’t like.3 points

Totally awesome! Not only that great big voice, but her musicians kick ass. And she has a lot of them! Bass player been with her 30 years, pianist 12, and lots of kids. Really enjoyable.3 points

What a lovely idea. What a way for people to remember me....bribery, extortion.... Logically speaking it normally should be like that...others paying for tab for one's good-bye. Maybe I better battle over $13.00CAN.3 points

It is so possible that some these kids will be profoundly inspired and affected that their life path and decisions will be positive. I am this strong in belief. Look, your American, Martin Luther King has been profoundly influential...worldwide. His speech : I have dream has propelled several others in civil rights, social justice. And I am one of them. I watched him on tv several times in reruns in various news....starting as a child here in Canada. This fall in VAncovuer BC there will be a conference to commemorate a leading magazine on literary expression of Asian Canadians. We were tired of others defining us...so there was a magazine we produced. I belonged to this volunteer magazine for 5 years. Then there's other stuff on race relations work for national organization that I did for another 5 years (in Toronto). How important to have courageous adults to speak for non-violent action and community good. The youth absolutely need good adults 100% for support and encouragement when the journey gets super tough...2 points

One of my cousins flew F-14’s in the US Navy. One of his stories was while their carrier was in port on the west coast they would train over the High deserts. There is a lot of cattle grazing in that area. He said they would drop to 30-40 feet off the ground and tip cows with the jet wash.2 points

I have that cover on my phone. When I ride with my wife in the van we just bought the Bluetooth always picks up my playlist over hers. She turns the volume down when this comes on. We have different tastes in music. Her van likes my music better.2 points

No commercial advertising & no chest hair Finally got one to take. Technically a violation but got approved on a little known subsection called the "Martha I'm coming home clause"2 points
