Shut your mouth! 'Sherlock' Star Benedict Cumberbatch Saves Cyclist From Muggers "Cumberbatch and his wife, Sophie Hunter, were riding in an Uber when the 41-year-old actor spotted the attempted mugging on Marylebone High Street and jumped out of the vehicle. Four muggers were attacking a Deliveroo cyclist and attempting to steal his bicycle. According to witnesses, Cumberbatch screamed at the attackers and then dragged them off of the victim."4 points

DUDE! This is awesome. Really? Thank you so much. Just trying to keep from going insane, when my body can't have a lot of movement. It's my b day soon, and it's a big one. This hobby seems like a good idea for me to explore. Just bought some supplies. The last two were on media that cost us about $12. Just spent $100 at an online supplier. YAY! More paint.3 points

Well, a wahman destroyed Jsharr's truck. That's bad. It's finally raining here in Rochester. That's free water. They haven't taxes that yet, which is good. I met some very nice Canadian people yesterday at an Indian Reservation. They had wicked senses of humor and thought their PM was a bad joke. I asked them if they knew Wilbur. They didn't so naturally I questioned if they were Canadian. I was kicked off the reservation. I installed FreeBSD on Friday and exposed it to the internet to entrap Russian hackers. I actually had a hit and I am now friends with a guy named Ivan in the Ukraine. We have a scheduled chess match Tuesday morning. I'm an attempt to save this forum from the dull bias perpetuated by some members here (AWWC) I am trying my best to introduce a little cognitive dissonance. But I doubt it will work. Couch2 points

In case you want to download the full size image from the SWF, here's how. If you try to save the image straight from this thread, you will only get the 'thumbnail' image as shown in the thread. In order to access the original image from the server, you have to access the link from the 'thumbnail' image. Do that by right clicking and opening the link in a new tab or window. Then you can download the larger image. Now you can enjoy the artistry at your leisure.2 points

We had a unique upbringing with a Asian and European background. From a food stand point I grew up with stir fry, tofu, rice & such but also with potato, kale, beets & other Northern European foods. My mom was a phenomenal cook and so we had an unusual fusion of foods.2 points

I made a miso based sauce with bok Choy carrots, onion, celery, egg plant tofu and saifun (glass noodle made from mung beans) with some Siracha. It's like a stew more than a soup, very thick and delicious.2 points

Geese were used as sentries waaay back in the day as they are highly territorial and aggressive. I got attacked by 3 geese once (yes they attached me) and I kicked the shit out of them. I was walking with my wife at a local park and we crossed this little bridge onto a small island sorrounded by a large pond. One way on/off. As we were leaving three large geese were on the bridge and wouldn't budge. So not wanting to bother them I walked around as best I could and one lunged at me but missed, but in avoiding the first the second bit me on the inner thigh. I freaking went into a rage and kicked it in the chest and it went into the water. The second lunged again and got my hand and I grabbed it by the head with my other and kicked the shit out of that one. The 3rd hauled ass. Probably broke all sorts of animal cruelty laws but to hell with it, those fuckers had it coming.2 points

I used to do a thing for my sister. People would send her photos of their artwork to be included in a video slideshow. I would prep the photos and place them over a background in the video timeline. As is the case in this instance, the canvas or whatever was warped after the paint dried. That and the perspective of the photos were generally off. I would take the image into the photo editor and "fix" the image so that it looked more normal. Wallah! (Quick and dirty.)2 points

That almost rhymes with "I am gonna be an art hag". I know artists. You would be the coolest one I have met, so you are already so far ahead of the game!1 point

I have found your posts enjoyable and I always thought you were a upbeat person (I still feel that way). So, your personal life never really reflected negatively here. This shows admirable character. From what I have gleamed from your post above, it sounds like you were in a pretty destructive relationship. I'm happy to hear you have broken away. You are free. Couch1 point

My supper made little sense when thrown together tonight ☺️: Steamed asparagus then wrapped with prosciutto. With Chinese steamed noodles on the side flavoured with abit of oil, balsamic vinegar and tiny amount of soy sauce.. (I had to lighten up after an Italian lunch of cannelloni stuffed with ricotta cheese and with tomato sauce. So light and good at this deli / bike stop today.)1 point
