Yes, yes she is. The Amazon man brought me a wonderful package today It is full of delightful surprises. Perfect timing. I was having a big pity party because today everything hurts way more than yesterday. Plus we were out of interesting tea. Not anymore and my mood is restored. And the frog sure knows knees. The snuggle buddy that smells so calming fits exactly behind my knee. Dear Kirby, many many thanks.9 points

Had to make an adjustment to the rear calipers and I can’t seem to figure out how to fine tune my skewers as they point straight down now??! But got the new wheels on & took them for a hot lap & they ride nice. Gonna take them out tomorrow for a proper ride. Shimano GRX wheels with Maxxis ReFuse 700 X 32 tires set up tubeless. Looking for a 60/40 road gravel set up so not much of a tread.6 points

When I stopped at the drive thru distributor yesterday this girl wouldn’t take her eyes off me. I guess some patrons have made a habit of bringing her a treat every time they stop for beer.6 points

You're probably noticing the pain more as your surgery drugs wear off. They stay with you for a while and then it's up to the oral meds to keep you comfortable. Use em. Get on top of the pain and stay there.5 points

Many years ago...I took a tea basics class at Tea Source..unfortunately for the owner, it was the same day as the Twin Cities Marathon...and I was the only person to show up!! Not only did I get the basics..1 on 1 with Bill Waddington the owner (more details on the family https://www.teasource.com/blogs/beyond-the-leaf/waddington-family-tree-brother-in-tea ) I also got to try several other teas...and I was a pure novice. It was a great learning experience. Last year, they celebrated their 25 anniversary and one of the prizes was a tea tasting for you and your friends with Bill. I tend to get 4oz of tea at a time... and tend to stick to $8 to $12 for most of my teas...but every once and awhile...I splurge..especially if it is 20% off....I think the one tea ended up something like $16 for 4oz...If I don't like it...I will send it to @Randomguy3 points

Who the hell cuts Dragon's Milk with Coke??!!! I am still appalled at the thought of it! I stopped at the little store near camp on the way home last night. I saw they have Dragon's Milk. Mmmm, good call. I saw the owner and commended him on stocking it. He was glad to hear the positive comments. He then turned to the cashier and asked, "You cut that with Coke, right?" She said ya. She cuts bitter dark beers with Coke. So very wrong on so many levels! I told him how to drink it; not cold and do not cut it with Coke. It was a good/nice conversation. I am still appalled at the thought ... Ugh, I can't even say it again. I will still be nice to the cashier, but she is no longer on my good list.2 points

I left the gym and headed to Tea Source...picked up Big Red Robe an oolong..a customer was getting more..so I decided to give it a chance. Then it was a toss up between Plum Blossom (a black) or a Puer called Frozen Elephant something..it has some apricot flavor...they were all 20% off but they were not $10 teas...so I decided I could only try 1..I got the plum blossom.2 points

We are tired of the plastics. Tired of additives, even though FDA says many of them are safe. It has been determined that almond and coconut milk is very high impact in regards to sourcing. I have read that oat is best in regards to impact. I found an old glass milk jug that I intend to use for this process. I bought a strainer bag and I own a blender. I think I can make a gallon of this stuff for about a buck or less. Recipes call for one cup of oats for 4 cups of water. Seems simple, and better all around.2 points

I don't know about your specific skewers, but some thru axle type, and quick release types such as DT Swiss have a spring loaded splined lock that can be re positioned. Try pulling outward on the lever and see if it comes away and reveals a splined interface. If so, just turn it to where you want it.2 points

I don't like dark beers in general, with few exceptions. I don't like coke either. If I HAD to drink a beer I didn't like and could mix it was some crappy cola or other, what could it hurt? I am sure it is no Zima, but I would still resent someone from MI telling me how to drink a beverage.2 points
