  2. I asked my son if I would be twice as fast if I would install both motors into the sidecar. He said only 7/8s at best because I have to factory in the extra weight.

  3. Echo yesterday appeared to show improvement on my heart. Blood work for my oncologist found another blood disorder. They ordered a full body X-ray to look for bone legions.. They said many people can live for years with this.

  4. Pulled my bike off the rack in the garage & loaded it up on the car rack for my Thurs after work ride when I noticed this. Well thats one flat I won’t need to fix today! I have no clue now the number of times I have noticed this on my tubeless tires but it’s happened a lot.

  6. If her remains were found in the lake, and she was found dead in her home, then the obvious conclusion is her home is in the lake.

  7. @groupw, i am sorry to hear that your friend passed. 😞 If he loved his wife and wanted to keep his marriage in tact, honestly it didn’t matter what others thought of her. I’d say he obviously knew the reasons (Mother, upbringing) she acted the way she did and chose to love her anyway. And he probably saw the broken person she was beneath it all. I don’t know. But it was his choice. If we, as parents, truly grasped how much sway we have over how our children turn out, I think we’d attempt to be better parents.

Seriously man, we know what you are doing? 5 DenniS's cousin, goes by DenniS's cousin 6 Charlie Babcock in the tie, cause nobody in the DenniS clan wears a tie.

  12. Stolen from another page, "Here is the cake we talked about this morning. This 3-year-old asked for a Lion King cake but specifically the moment where Mufasa dies, because “everyone will be too sad to eat the cake and it will be all for me."

  13. I don't know if "boom" is such a good thing to have written on the side of your plane. Yeah, I know it is for the sonic boom, but connotations with explosions will happen to some for sure if one does go boom.

  15. Here are my thoughts. This is an entry level or first car for many, so driven by younger drivers. Everything in our price range has some dents and dings, This one is cleaner than most, assuimg the damage, listed as minor on one incident and moderate on the other, was correctly repaired, I am okay with that. Want to have it put on a lift and looked at. It will be driven for 4 more years by my son, and will get even more dents and dings, so will not have a lot of value left when he is done with it. It does seem to have been well maintained. Interior looks nice. Very little wear, not tears, etc. Much better than most we have seen. Oil has been changed, tires rotated, which shows some level of care. It has not been detailed yet and it still looked okay. Allloy wheels in good shape, not all scuffed up. Over all I think it is a good car, just a bit over priced due to the car fax. But cars are in short supply right now and we all know how supply and demand works, so I may have to pay more than I think the car is worth.

  27. It really is. This will be the largest crowd (about 8 folks) that I’ve had out in years, lighting bugs or not. I don’t know why but I just cut the grass for them; it’s going to be dark. I also swept all the .22 brass off the front porch too. Gotta keep up appearances.

  29. Yep - and to scope out parking lots, road parking, and trailheads. Both satellite and street view can really help. Sometimes with streetview, you can even read the various signs to see if it is pay, or free after 6pm or whatever.

  31. One of the schools has a program to create collective artwork on expressing gratitude during covid, their experiences during covid. Artwork does reflect where at edges of our city you can see the Rocky mountains 100 km. away on a clear day. In 2013, after our area had a major river flood that evacuated 100,000 people, some of the schools did have the children reflect on their perception of disaster. Below are the zoo animals running away from rising waters. Our local zoo with giraffes, etc. did have to be rescued..

  33. There's no need. Absolutely no need at all. But I believe you are allowed to bring on board up to three 3-oz. bottles of hand sanitizer. And alcohol is a major component of most hand sanitizer solutions. And you do want to be safe while in the airplane cabin, so you'd probably want to bring all the sanitizer your permitted so you may adequately sanitize during the flight. So just bring three 3-oz. bottle filled your favorite alcohol-based 'sanitizer'.

  35. Had a big crowd tonight. About 20 students. A few are going to return to do some in-depth studies. One thinks my population may be a sub species as their flash pattern is different that what she has observed in other populations. That would be cool. Springwood lighting bugs.

  36. 32 miles with the missus. We took a couple of trails that have gravel paths along the pavement so I hit a little gravel too. The highlight of the ride was the last few miles of the MUP on the way back. A chubby middle aged lady with a flowery jacket & matching flowery helmet on an e bike with 20” wheels & a big ass basket out front passed me! 😂 I wish I had go pro so I coulda shared.
