You've done the hard part.
Now you need a plan to maintain.
Every week when I go shopping, I want to buy something, cookies, ice cream... but I tell myself I am not a person who eats cookies.
You also need a sane plan for exercising. For me what works is to have a routine. Mon / Wed / Fri I run. Tue / Thu I ride. Sat or Sun, I ride. These are not rules, I don't beat myself up if I don't follow them.
