Yeah, I'm not even running yet. I'm walking briskly though for an hour. I imagine I'll be trying to start jogging within the year and probably really get into it -- if I know myself. But for now, brisk walking gives most if not all the health benefits and is easier on my knees. As long as i'm losing weight, I'm ok with that. But at some point I know my body is not going to cooperate and I'll have to up my game.
FWIW, I try to keep my heart below 150 BPM.
