Ava, the one on the right in both of those pictures, is always leading Sophie astray. I predict she will get Sophie in a lot of trouble in the future

L4-5: At least moderate facet disease. Mild degenerative changes. There is mild diffuse disc bulge and moderate narrowing of the neural foramen bilaterally slightly worse on the right and mild narrowing of the lateral recesses and the central canal.
L5/S1: Moderate facet disease worse on the right. There is mild diffuse disc bulge and mild narrowing of the neural foramen worse on the left with mild left posterolateral bulge. There may be small fissuring of the annulus fibrosis due to degenerative changes as best seen on the sagittal image #6 series #2. There is no definite disc protrusion or disc extrusion. The size of the central canal is borderline.
