There are too many uses for a good compass to count.
Is the middle tool a set of quill snips?- 2

pretty good. what's new around here?
I’m moving north, but you know that. Got invited to join a gallery here (I’m living at the lake house atm), got stuff hanging. Working with a science communicator about my lightning bugs in a few weeks and working with a team out of Colorado U on habitat surveys. That’s all I got

So, I’m looking at this house tucked up against The Wall, it’s like the keep to the old gate or something. Even a belfry—I guess for the ravens? Anyhow, there’s plenty of room.
Same goes for Lake FP. Welcome to come swamp stomping for Loopy 5s, hobnob with the scientists and tv folk, sling a fly rod, or learn me how to use this boat, for a total break from real life.- 4

I cannot help but think lots of jokes are made about the name of that town. I know I am working on one right now.
Oh, and congrats! This is pretty damn cool. I recently read a book where the lead character was a seal team commander, but as he aged, he started slowing down, so he stepped back from leading a team. He moved to the woods and used his skills to hunt down and shoot animals with a camera instead of a gun and his work became very popular and sought after and one of his pieces hung in the office of the President of the United States.
I wish you this same luck. Have you considered changing your name? Ansel Allen or Allen Adams has a nice ring to it, no?The Lick Log Mill is just down the way…

HA!
I watched a Youtube the other day where they "mocked" Sautee (~14:00 in). It was actually my inspiration for a comment here on Junk/Antique stores
Helen is a freak show of a town. Sautee is cool though. It’s pronounced, saw-tee nah-coochee btw.
Today I looked at an oak tree
