I fall asleep just fine most nights. I have a bad habit of waking up at 3 or 4 am and not getting back to sleep though.

My understand is the US position today being stated to Israel is that as there was no damage done by these drone strikes, there is no need to retaliate for them, as they were a response to the Israel attack on the Iranian Embassy. No telling that that will prevent another Iranian attack, but I think it’s the right message at the moment.

I got off my butt and got the COVID vaccine booster last week. I’ve seen too many people get fairly sick this spring. Not dying, but feeling really terrible for a while. I’m not even sure what variant is circulating and how well the coverage is, but I’m sure it will reduce infection symptoms if exposed. I had a sore shoulder for a weekend. 
 

Ah, it’s JN.1, with the bivalent vaccine having good effectiveness (although somewhat less compared to other strains).

I sometimes wonder how Soy at Mittens from LF didn’t make the transition. They were such frequent posters, it seems like there would be a hole in their lives without a forum to post on. I doubt they’re all organic farmers now.
