My bologna has a first name.. Two all beef patties special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles onions on a sesame seed bun.

Funnily enough, my family has always had a nighttime routine but due to the nature of my job, I have not. Unless sleep when tired, eat when hungry is a routine. Ginger tea before bed is a favourite.

I rode the Toronto Donut Ride a few times. It was a slow brained hammer fest that broke every road law and pissed off a lot of drivers. That is when I decided to ride elsewhere.

Make the meat fit the bun! On a side note, my favourite burger also includes a sliced stadium Weiner. It is a great combo for indecisive people. .

Being a sipper of the second cup is probably a good thing. One of the problems doctors have with energy drinks is the speed at which they are consumed.

This has been sad but it is a solution. There will be a period of immense pain and uncertainty but this too shall pass. I am thinking the boys are old enough to rationalize their way through and perhaps it will be a learning experience for them. I would be careful to never trash their mother no matter how difficult things are.

There were little chunks of flesh hanging out so it wasn't too clean. He trimmed both side of the cut with scissors to get a better bond. I was watching up to the scissors coming out. That was kind of repulsive.

32 ounces is still a crap ton of coffee! I switched to two shots of espresso in the morning.

I changed the dressing yesterday and it looked good. The surgeon did a good job. Today though, it is swollen af and angry. Had to loosen the dressing twice. The doc gets to see it tomorrow. God gave us two hands for a reason.

I see nothing about back rubs. That changes the whole routine.
