I start work tonight at 8PM. 10 PM departure for London and arrive there at about 10 AM their time tomorrow. Sleep most of the day away, then leave at 11 AM local and arrive back in Toronto at 1 PM Wednesday.
A typical 3 day, 1 nights sleep trip.
Just got back from the gym. I am really enjoying the re-row feature. I do 3 x 3000meter rows and do my best to better each. Haven't failed yet but it is getting tough. Did some squats and presses. I will head back tomorrow morning so I can get a noon time nap before heading to UK tomorrow night.
