Reminds me of a guy from work He was moving to South Carolina for work and was looking for a house. There was a double wide on a private lot for rent with a phone number. He called and got an out of state owner. He told her he was interested in the trailer. She sent him the keys so he could look at it. He liked it, so he moved in. Lived there for two years. never heard from the owner.
