Thanks everyone. I had an awesome Valentines Day and Birthday. My husband refuses to acknowledge either of those holidays, so it's up to all of you to wish me well and I do appreciate it. Actually...we both agree to ignore pretty much any special day. Easier that way.

Thanks everyone! To celebrate I sent SW out to get ice cream for lunch. Plain vanilla. The best flavor ever. I asked him to get me a small. What he returned with looked like a small. I put it into a proper bowl and it did look kind of full. Later he told me that he decided to get me a large. omg. And I ate the whole thing. No wonder it took me 30 minutes to eat. Oh well. No carbs for me today.

The flavor is just the best. Very complex, yet simple. Just a beautiful coffee. I used to experiment. But when I'd hit upon a disappointment, it would be devastating for my morning. No need for that. I'm just keeping it simple.

My coffee machine starts with whole beans. I've found one and only one coffee that works. Allegro brand Organic French Roast. I mix regular and decaf beans. I get it at Whole Foods or Amazon. I wait until they put it on sale, usually $2-3 off and then buy out the store. Our freezer in the basement is full of coffee. The coffee machine makes an Americano. I set it to make two in one cup. I drink it black. Of all the things I consume in a day, my morning cup of coffee is the highlight. (Especially if it's in the sloth mug.)

The sloth mug is the best thing EVER. I giggle when I see it which makes squarewheels smile. Look at the cute sloth on the inside. 😍

I can commit to ride any day my coach says I can commit to ride. (Don't mess with the coach. ) Nothing is up for August yet, however there will most likely be lots of riding on all of those days.

No divorce lawyer needed. This is his way of being funny. When I was getting my masters degree and very frustrated with an assignment for my advanced database management course, he left me a note at my desk: "I still love you even if you are stupid...". It did make me laugh. Mostly because I know he believes that I am smarter than he is (which is wrong). I saved the note, it lives under my keyboard.

The Maui house is cheap compared to the one I really want: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/31118-Broad-Beach-Rd-Malibu-CA-90265/20557699_zpid/ There's no way we could afford either of those right now. I mostly just like looking at the pictures. Maui is my perfect place. Especially upcountry where we can have a garden and grow our own food. The big island would be great also, somewhere near Hilo or closer to Volcanoes National Park. I agree that the cost of living would be high. Oh, and that frog pond is what makes that Maui house.

Yeah, that's not happening...

Okay, so I'm more afraid of Utah than the south. I grew up in the south and can handle any redneckness we might encounter.
