  1. It will be as fun as you allow it to be. Noodling around, musically, is good for the soul! i think as we age our expectations change. We have nothing to prove, we can enjoy the process. 😊
  2. I second the question. If you really want to, do!
  3. I’ve read some of your blog. It’s enjoyable. Like you, I never write about my work. And I’ve not done art in solo long.
  4. Drumming is going well. Certainly not replaced. Actually I’ve played at a couple events recently where one of the musicians (who is a professional Japanese flautist and jazz/blues pianist who hosts events at a local venue) has invited me to play on stage with him at some upcoming events. We jammed recently and it was awesome. Also still performing with the Taiko group. It is so challenging!
  5. Those days really did not exist for me. Or more precisely, they weren’t ‘good’.
  6. My wife’s are green. But they turn a brilliant blue when she’s in the throes of passion. 😊
  7. What color are they normally?
  8. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt4794482/plotsummary/?ref_=tt_ov_pl
  9. Nope. The whites of my eyes are normal.
  10. I’ve seen the Buffy and X-File episodes listed! Nope, no black eyes here. Willow was cool when she became that powerful! 😊
  11. No. No head spinning or projectile vomiting. At least that I can remember. I assume the doc would have noted that in the visit notes…
  12. Never watched it.
  13. I had my annual physical today. During the HEENT portion of exam, she asked me to remove my glasses. I did and she pulled the light back in surprise and exclaimed “Wow! Your eyes (irises) are yellow! They match your shirt.” I replied “That’s odd, my eyes are dark brown.” Then added jokingly, “my hair used to be dark as well!” 😊 She then stated, “they’re beautiful.” She finished and I put my glasses back on and we resumed the exam. This brought back a memory from my youth. Me and my younger siblings were exploring an old rock quarry we found while out hiking. As we were traversing the rim, Something on the other side caught my attention, though I couldn’t identify it, and gave me a very uneasy feeling. As I stopped and gazed across the water, one of my brothers looked me in the face and was visibly shaken. He said, “T****, your eyes are red!” He was referring to my irises. The others came up, looked and agreed. We decided to turn around and head back. Ever experience anything like this?
  14. So, if you eat at a Mexican restaurant, I assume you don’t attempt to pronounce the meals in Spanish either? 😜
  15. I don’t think I’ve ever said it in English.
  16. Honestly, not really. There are people I’ve learned things from over the years, and folks I respect a lot. But mentoring? I’ve always felt no one wanted that position. And I withdraw from people quickly.
