  1. He married up twice. I always thought Suzanne Pleshette was really hot.
  2. In my day, I have smelled a number of those other things that Jimmy is referring to, and I have never smelled one that smelled like fish.
  3. Thanks. I signed up on-line with my city, but have heard nothing. Other people around here are somehow making appointments. I think it helps to know people. I'm starting to think I might just forget about it for now. I have lots of other stuff to worry about.
  4. Yep. As Kirby also said, the contestants are not just your average cab fares. But that said, everything else seems on the up and up and the questions are excellent, IMO. Sort of right in my ballpark, if you know what I mean. Not really easy and not super hard, like some Jeopardy clues. The contestants are fun to watch. Ben Bailey has an amazing ability to talk fast and accurately.
  5. It comes on every Saturday and Sunday starting at 2 PM (4 shows each day) on the Game Show Network.
  6. @Square Wheelsuse to love to wear his bigass gold chain.
  7. This thread is right down @AirwickWithCheese's alley. @Kirbyneeds to lure him back.
  8. One thing I don't like about Wheel is that they keep cutting away from the puzzle. The players get to stare at it the whole time, but we at home have to watch the wheel spin, the player's faces, etc. I wish they would at least do a screen-in-screen display where you can see the puzzle the whole time. It's pretty hard to compete with the on-site players when they get to see the puzzle constantly and we don't.
  9. The cute face does it for me. Especially big, expressive eyes. And a great smile.
  10. Jeopardy is a given. The people on this forum are all super smart and full of trivial knowledge, so Jeopardy is where it's at for us. But what other game shows do you like/watch? I like trivia, so shows with trivia as an element are my favorites. Also shows that require some form of player strategy. I like Cash Cab, Catch 21, and The Millionaire. Cash Cab asks a lot of questions and keeps you thinking. Catch 21 combines trivia with strategy and the luck of the cards. The Millionaire is slow and tedious at times and the early questions are silly gimme's, but all and all, it can be fun if you know a lot of fairly obscure facts and the players are willing to take a chance or two.
  11. I'm happy with my internet. Unless rates skyrocket, I'm plenty satisfied.
  12. Similar to wearing a ball cap when you are hair-challenged.
  13. They are also good for allowing you to mumble crap about people and they can't hear what you said.
  14. How did you get the appointment? Did you have to call to set it up or did local health authorities contact you?
  15. I'm really getting into this mask thing. There are several benefits: 1. Protection from all of your vile and disgusting oral excretions. 2. They feel warm and comfy in the cold weather. 3. I don't have to shave so often as I use to. No one one knows that underneath the mask, I am a truly disgusting, unshaven bastard. 4. When someone asks me a stupid question and I stab them, my mask helps to conceal my identity from security cameras. I think masks are here to stay!
  16. Susanna can't take her eyes off of it!
  17. On one of the "America Says" game shows, a contestant is guessing an answer and says something like, "We think the answer is bacon because everyone in our house loves bacon!" The host, John Michael Higgins replies, "I've got news for you. EVERYONE, EVERYWHERE LOVES BACON!!!"
