Not that I've had a donut of late, I am on a (four letter word meaning calorie restriction edited because it's an obscene four letter word).
I used to ride bikes a lot, I've ridden across Italy. But things haven't been all that great recently. I have a plan that just might get me back on a bike next year.
A month ago I was coming out of anesthsia (minor procedure), groggy, couldn't open my eyes yet and the two people pushing my gurney were debating what to have for lunch and were considering pizza. I said you should try pizza in Italy. Because even if the pizza sucks, you're still in Italy. Maybe you had to be there, but it broke them up. Not that pizza in Italy is going to suck.
It's also one of the best countries on the planet to ride a bicycle.
