  4. Must have been tough, Parr8. Was the money needed for the assisted living? The auctions similar to that I have been to have been after a family member passed away.

  9. I usually get 6 to 6 1/2 hours of sleep. I should get at least 7
  10. either of those could be. One time was on Union Hills, and the other 2 were on Cave Creek rd. As ticked as I was about the snowball (actually more o fan ice ball... the snow was really wet), the car was going 30 mph+ and I was doing 18-20. Probably the guy was more lucky than skilled, but still... he hit a moving target from a moving car.

  12. I have only had a cup or water thrown at me twice out here. I did get hit with a snowball up by Cave Creek one Sunday in March about 7 or 8 years ago. The snow level was down to 2500 ft elevation

  16. mixed. A few nights all the way until the alarm. Most nights I wake up at least once. The past few weeks I was waking up coughing and was up for 30 min to an hour to get back to sleep

  21. Everyone reacts to the heat differently, DH. you do what you have to do. I have friends who moved to Colorado after they retired to escape the summer temps
  22. I like the heat, and think I have adapted to it pretty well (have lived in Phoenix now for 15 years). It is a good idea to tone down the workouts in the summer, and to work out early in the day.
  23. He does quite a bit for the Valley, and is generous with charities.
  24. We had an easy, comfortable pace for the Sunday club ride. After I split off to head home for church, I pushed it a bit, raising the ave from15.5 to 16.1.
