My people talk to Jeff’s people all the time. As a matter of fact Jeff is supposed to drop something off at my office for me tomorrow. I’ll let him know your concern. No need to thank me.
Preposterous!

Do they still have a Baltimore? I thought it was engulfed by Gotham.

Ted King - an American cyclist who is gaga about maple syrup - was recently discussing his alcohol consumption and the surprising impact it has on his fitness, performance, and general well being. As he ages (plus with many years of Whoop and other health tracking metrics), he has decided to reel in his drinking a bit. Where he used to wrap a ride up with a nice IPA (and he rides a lot), he's at a crossroads of continuing that or being competitive. With just a few years left potentially at the top of the gravel scene, he feels he has to make that choice.
I might have to see if he's tempered his maple syrup nuttiness or if he's maybe even increased it!
It seems odd to say that I’m passionate about beer, but quite frankly, I love beer. I love the artistry and alchemy, the different flavors and creative minds behind breweries, big and small. I find connection and friendship over a shared hoppy beverage. Plus I love when it’s five o’clock and I crack into whatever IPA or occasional stout I have in the fridge.
So after a decade of abstemious behavior when it comes to alcohol (or quite frankly, anything besides salad and pasta), I have spent most of the past eight years making up for lost time. While I don’t drink to excess, it’s safe to say that I have had a beer (or two or sometimes three) nearly every night for the past eight years. And we live in the age of pint sized cans, so it’s not a dainty 12oz. Coors Lite I’m sipping — I’m into those heavy, hoppy tallboy IPAs. It’s not lost on me that alcohol isn’t a health food. All the latest research says that even the once touted occasional small glass of wine doesn’t offer the benefits it once was claimed to have. Conservatively, that’s 100,000 delicious calories more than a teetotaler would have consumed.
I would have expected his predilection be for porter given his preference for "hoppy tallboy IPAs.".

I put bumper pads around the door frame so that it won't rattle and sound like someone lightly tapping on the door.

It is probably someone who cannot remember where their own apartment is.
It's looking like the medical person who comes in during the evening to assist the folks down the hall has a heavy gait. The lighting in the hall is motion sensitive so the lights go on high when someone walks through. When he walks by my mom's door, he casts a shadow on the floor and under the door. Easily visible from inside the apartment. The doors are designed to be self closing in case of fire. They close and latch on their own. They also rattle a bit because weather strip or cushions would interfere with the closing.
These details correlate with the description she has provided me in describing the 'harassment'. Plus the guy who lives down the hall gives out a creepy vibe.
I deduced this with one observation of the camera feed. I told my mom but she doesn't believe me. My brother also has doubts. Frankly, I am little disappointed, too. I was hoping to throw somebody off the balcony.

He probably has 'people' but I bet they are all tied up with all the advertising on the security screens.

@donkpowIgnoring he is a Canadian physician, he writes very well about the hamster wheel addiction: My Wealth Journey Part 2: The Wonder Years — Physician Finance Canada (looniedoctor.ca)
Be aware most physicians aren't that looney. Hard to know how he finds time to do his blog, since he also has a family.
Yeah but is he filthy rich and does he have a car?

I got the vaccine early winter based on my own decision.
My mother fell down in her apartment one night and had to go to the ER. She was diagnosed with RSV after they kept her overnight for tests. She complained because they didn't even give her a bar of soap and didn't do anything about her leg which, according to her, was the cause of the falls. Not the dizziness caused by the lack of oxygen resulting from the respiratory illness. Her doctor told her earlier that she probably wouldn't need the vaccine.

Before the tax axe comes.
It was partially my fault...I should have had the balls to restructure my portfolio several years earlier. I was on a hamster wheel not thinking 360 degrees vs. 200 degrees. Certain things happened which did grow (not all) and now it's like a bunch of sunflowers, wondering when to harvest. Or I'll just do it..
Buy a car. All your financial indecision will disappear.

I accidently clicked this site so I have to answer. Still busy with family members. I am between crises ATM but my responsibilities have expanded to include a sibling.
One a personal note, still pooping in the litter box. So that's good.
