Would that drive take you through Hope BC where the tow truck tv show is filmed? Looks like a beautiful area.

I don’t mind driving as long as I make the drive part of the trip. We drove to Wyoming the last two years, which takes three days. We stopped early which allowed us time to get a bike ride in and check out the local area we were in. Same on the return trip. This year we are flying to Colorado then driving.

Took our old bikes out for an easy 15 miles this afternoon. Hope to get a few more rides this week before crap weather returns next week.

Yes we have a few lical processors that do them. Not sure on the pork. They also do all sorts of venison sausage too.

We ate headed to my parents tomorrow. First Easter there in about 20 years. Usually we go to Gumpettes folks but not this time.

Gumpette paid $350 for a quilt at a fundraiser at our church. Then she gave it to the woman she outbid. 😁

Gumpette and I were down that way a few years ago and walked across the bridge. Warm summer evening and lots of people on the bridge.

Given that eastern Russia is a wealth of resources, timber, oil, gold etc., you wonder how long until China has there eye on controlling that area.

Aside from robins and red- winged blackbirds, the only sign of spring are swollen buds on red maples and the smell of sap being boiled.

Back in the early 80’s when I worked construction, I worked out of town most of the time. I would get home around 5pm on Friday. Our paycheck from the previous week would come in the mail on Friday. We would go to the bank and wait in line to deposit my pay and do any other banking we needed to do. That bank stayed open til 9 pm on Friday.
