petitepedal Posted July 27, 2014 Share #1 Posted July 27, 2014 To improve my shape....Just finished a 3 mile walk. I am working on the food & drink thing and...well it should help. petitepedal Posted July 28, 2014 Author Share #4 Posted July 28, 2014 Hey...tv reception was bad....dinner was over and well....I went for a second walk...Just to the end of the street and up the hill...and back I am now at 13159 steps...I made 2 turkey burgers for lunches to go with the green beans I cooked before the walk. I discovered about a cup of cherries that I bought last week...and forgot about (a neighbor gave me watermelon last week) anyway ate those...because I didn't want to throw them out...and I would probaby forget them again tomorrow.
