Luckily, they don't go bad very quickly, but we can go through a TJ's jar in a few months. Lots of recipes call for capers, and we usually add a bit more than called for. Pizza and pasta recipes seem at the top of the caper list. I really like them in our Sicilian cauliflower pizza recipe where you cook up some bite-size cauliflower with tomato paste, capers, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
