I'd recommend a goat(s) for the mowing and chickens for their eggs. I can't see you doing any sheep shearing. Ylva looks happy in her yard. We had three guineas. They wandered the yard eating bugs all day, and then often roosted on the roof. One would hang with our dog and share food out of his dog bowl with him. I see some roaming the yards when I'm out on a ride in the countryside.
