Randomguy Posted July 29, 2014 Share #1 Posted July 29, 2014 ? I had sicilian pizza last week that came this way, but with a little sprinkling of parmesan cheese or somesuch on top, just to keep it interesting, and mozzarella lurking below the sauce like a great white sliced shark. How do I make the dough for such a pizza?

Randomguy Posted July 29, 2014 Author Share #3 Posted July 29, 2014 I tried that a couple months ago and WoKzoo yelled at me. Will she yell at me, too? I think I need bread flour.
Dirtyhip Posted July 29, 2014 Share #4 Posted July 29, 2014 Sounds weird, but whatever floats your boat.
Mr. Silly Posted July 29, 2014 Share #5 Posted July 29, 2014 How do I make the dough for such a pizza? I don't think it has anything to do with the dough. It has more to do with the order in which you put down the toppings. If you put the cheese on before the sauce then it will be under the sauce on the other hand if you put the cheese on last then it will be on top. You can thank me later. kingtermite Posted July 29, 2014 Share #6 Posted July 29, 2014 No, but I've made one where I put the cheese and sauce below the crust. It seemed kinda unnatural though, so I flipped it over.
