Right now, the State Farm Agent that's handling my case just got back from vacation and is dealing with the "rebuttal" my case admnistrator and contractor made against State Farm's original cost projection. Once that's all agreed they'll start. I have to decide on kitchen layout, cabinets, etc. where I'm having two things I don't use added: a dishwasher and a garbage disposal: I expect to sell the house in a decade, give or take a few years, and want to be able to get a good price - or my heirs to get one. I have been doing an adequate job of delaying my wife. We have a standoff. She wants hardwood or ceramic, I want nothing or vinyl if we must.
