A dry cold front moved in with a high temperature of only 86 degrees and not much humidity.
Bikeguy Posted July 12, 2020 Share #6 Posted July 12, 2020 Just the daily dog walk of 1 1/2 miles. It's been a while since I've been on the bike. If things workout... tomorrow I'll go for a ride.
Further Posted July 12, 2020 Share #7 Posted July 12, 2020 About 3 miles walking My neck is seriously fubar from last weekends ride. I do not want to end up in PT again, so soon after completing a 10 week PT course. For the same problem 2

groupw Posted July 12, 2020 Share #9 Posted July 12, 2020 47@16.9. Wind wasn’t quite as forecast, nor were the clouds. The rain missed us. The cloud cover made for a comfortable return trip even if the wind wasn’t in my favor. Took the Miata out this afternoon to recon the course for the sprint triathlon next Saturday in a neighboring city. Beautiful weather for the drive. We are now at our favorite brewery down there for 1 or 2.

Zephyr Posted July 13, 2020 Share #13 Posted July 13, 2020 Working back from injury, my wifes first bike ride in a while. We did 15 mile ride, she felt quite good and managed 16mph average speed. She was happy to be on the bike again and it was nice to ride with her again 1
