Ralphie ★ Posted July 18, 2020 Share #1 Posted July 18, 2020 What little coolness we have is rapidly dissipating. There is actually a slight breeze. There is another bozo mowing but it still seems a little early to me. Staying quiet on the patio seems to be the considerate thing to do. 1
Prophet Zacharia Posted July 18, 2020 Share #2 Posted July 18, 2020 I had coffee, a cigar, did a crossword puzzle, weeded both the front and back hillsides, took a dip in our inflatable pool... and my wife snoozes on.

Randomguy Posted July 18, 2020 Share #5 Posted July 18, 2020 Go for a ride while you can. You will be dead soon, best take advantage of the day before it gets super terrible with the jungle humidity.

Longjohn ★ Posted July 18, 2020 Share #7 Posted July 18, 2020 This is the perfect day to kayak/fish/swim at the lake. I’ll probably weed the garden and swim in the pool. This is a different year for me.

Further Posted July 18, 2020 Share #10 Posted July 18, 2020 Ain't nobody mowing grass round here. We are normally wet enough that very few people have lawn sprinklers. Walking across my lawn feels like walking on steel wool, grass is burnt to a crisp. I went for a walk in the woods by the lake and watered the garden. Going down shortly to pull some weeds.
