What are the odds....?

There’s a spot on my commute where I pass over a small stream. It’s fairly shrouded with trees and all I really get is a glimpse (at 70MPH).

The other day, as I went by, I thought I saw two swans. I tried to remember to look again, but it took a a couple of days to remember and pin down which stream it was (I cross several) and remember to look. 
 

The other morning, I remembered to look, and sure enough, there they were.

This morning, I looked again and there they were.

.....in the exact same place and position as the first two times....

With me it was pink flamingos.  They stayed for years alongside the highway, slowly growing lighter as they faded from the sun.

@donkpow I think you're right. I think that's what they are. Didn't think it made sense to have them there for that purpose because the stream banks are too grown in - not goose-friendly. This morning, I noticed there's a house where the "swans" are that has cleared and mowed down to the stream banks.

When I was growing up, there was a lady in the village who was super-anal about her lawn. She had some birch trees with a circle of pink plastic flamiingos.
