Airehead Posted August 6, 2020 Share #1 Posted August 6, 2020 I am approving POs this morning. Saw one for glue sticks and bottled glue. Why doesn't glue stick to the bottle it is in? Or to the tube in the case of glue sticks? 1

Good thing it didn't require library paste or you would have eaten it all

The glue kit and chemicals said "non-toxic", so maybe next time I will put some on a hot dog and see how it tastes.

Because there is no air, or very little in the bottle/tube. If a glue bottle is almost empty, the glue may harden because there is more air inside. Order me some rubber cement, I can't find my bottle

You should summon the SW Cafe's resident chemist to the line! @MickinMD I will say, most "glue" is crap on plastic and glass. Gotta go with those "activated" epoxy sorts of things to get a real bond.

There was a couple of kids in my grade school classes who thought the stuff was a delicacy.
