8/8 road, trail, home, gym stuff

Gym. 2 miles dreadmill; full set of machines with septs on the BPs; stretches; PTs; and agilities. 

A full workout once a week isn’t really cutting it. Legs feel good with all the walking I’m getting, but upper body strength is struggling.
