Razors Edge ★ Posted August 17, 2020 Share #7 Posted August 17, 2020 A pretty wonderful ride (48 on the Diverge) - mix of gravel and road - with a nice sprinkling of dickishness For whatever reason, the horrible weather forecast just kept evolving and changing in my favor. Gotta take the wins when you can.
Parsnip Totin Jack ★ Posted August 17, 2020 Share #8 Posted August 17, 2020 6,574 steps working at the LBS. I sold a Specialized Creo e-bike with accessories ($5,500). Showed a lady how to install her hitch rack that would not fit as the expansion bolt was extended. Quick retraction. Bobs your uncle, it fits now. Inflated a Eastern European lady’s tires. Her accent made it difficult to understand if she needed air or wanted to buy a floor pump. She just wanted air and was surprised that there was no charge. Removed pedals from a kids bike and adjusted the saddle nose down because he complained his groin hurt. Nose was up a little; hope he likes it. Last job of the day was opening a beer after the doors were locked. 2
