bikeman564™ Posted August 22, 2020 Share #2 Posted August 22, 2020 Very nice. We had sun flowers growing when I was a kid. They were very tall.

In 1998, we did a bus day-tour out of Paris to the Loire Valley to see the old Royal French Chateaus. On the hour or two drive there, we passed farm field after farm field of sunflowers - blooming in rows or jumbled together as far as the eye could see. It was unbelievably beautiful. Scrapr ★ Posted August 23, 2020 Share #5 Posted August 23, 2020 I planted some in Bend at the end of May. When i left 2 weeks ago they were about 6' tall and just about to bloom. I'm sure they will be blooming when I go back in a week 1
