She watched me fill it & turn it on. Then she went to the edge of the bed & started growling at it. Then she got scared & came back & laid on me...while still watching closely. I also use some as a non-steroid treatment for the rashes caused by my autoimmune issue. I would not use them instead of a physician. Some people are crazy like that.
