I'm not convinced that this is going to lead to less biased selection among job candidates. Might be useful for high volume applicants at pre-screening stage. We're still looking for easiest solution for all our different fresh fruit and veggies to be picked en masse without migrant workers on farms which right now is a shortage due to covid restrictions. The link I gave above, requires applicants to turn on their video while they answer verbally to the robot questions. So the video can be replayed by selection group/hiring manager. There's good and bad about this. Applicant is only human and may stumble slightly. In the past, that can get overlooked if nothing damaging is said because it's been not video recorded.
