I used to keep a can of refried beans for quick & easy egg burritos. I started buying dried beans, cook them myself and then keep them in a Tupperware. I do save a few bucks doing this as I usually throw away 60% of the unused can of beans and a bag of dried beans is like $.99 and I can scale down the proportions.
