Along the lines of can't show a breast or penis of two married folks having consensual sexual relations but can show someone getting shot in the head, chopped up into pieces, or beaten with a baseball bat. Or even just a rape scene with no nudity. Interesting, eh? The cracker thing, though, is likely pushback against editing other censored stuff as in "why can't I say n----- but he can say cracker????". Actually, what this really tells me is you know the lines in the Shrek movies way too well. Not like you could read Donkey's lips to recognize the omission.
