Lamb stew. I found some roast lamb in the freever from April. Used the bone to make a stock. Sautéed onion, celery, and carrot. Added the diced lamb, potato, stock, rosemary, thyme, s&p, and a bay leaf. Topped with beef broth. Pressure cooked for 20 minutes. Be ready soon.
