Parsnip Totin Jack ★ Posted September 26, 2020 Author Share #8 Posted September 26, 2020 I think they’re vegan: sourdough starter, flour, water, yeast and salt. I’ve never made gf so I don’t know how gf flour would behave
Airehead Posted September 26, 2020 Share #9 Posted September 26, 2020 I have had good luck with the KA gluten free flour. Made delicious carrot cake and also dinner rolls.
MickinMD ★ Posted September 26, 2020 Share #10 Posted September 26, 2020 They look great! At one point I was trying to eat more Whole-wheat bread (better for diabetics) and made a 50:50 Bread Flour:Whole Wheat Flour bread dough in my automatic breadmaker. I divided it into hoagie rolls on a sheet, let it rise a while, and baked it - great, especially when fresh and hot!

We buy GF for a friend whenever we have them for dinner. Would never venture to try to bake it.
