The "Aire is awesome" thread

I saw yeast the last couple of times I was in the grocery store, so yeast producers appear to have caught back up to demand.  That said, I don't have to worry about yeast because Aire sent me a package of it (a pound of the very best stuff, no less) at the height of the pandemic shortages when there was none to be found anywhere.  I have blitzed through a third of it so far.

Every time I make pizza, which is at least a couple of times a week, I think of Aire and smile a big smile while I think of how awesome and cool she is!  Thanks, Aire!

Aire is definitely awesome!  She looks after her staff and school kids so diligently and really cares, even though it takes a toll on her personally.  She is a loyal friend and family member.  It's good to have Aire on your side.

I can get behind this!  True fact....  She has helped me many times in the past. I even thought about calling her this week and knew she would help me even with everything else going on in her life.

I’m all in on Aire appreciation! She broke the good things cookie jar when she gifted Einstein a tractor. A tractor! That is how good things is done.
