Nice place. However the generator isn't included? Also all of this:

Showings are by appointment only for well-qualified Buyers and in accordance with house rules – booties provided for those wishing to wear shoes, children to be left with others during the visit, photos restricted. Potential Buyers must present a pre-qualification letter.

This property is considered to be a two million dollar home with two lots.

Sellers will accept bids from interested Buyers above $1.6 M prior to listing with a pre-chosen agent (at which time the non-disclosure offer expires).

Seller reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

I will give you one guess what the seller does for a living.

How is the road for sidecar and superbike testing?

Is there 60 amp service in the garage for the welders?

How far to the nearest corner bar?

How far to the nearest race track?

It would  be 1042 mile drive to get Road America so I'm out.

Roads are curvy but you would live in the land of Karens.

Yes

Two blocks away.  One block if heading to the jsharr bar and grill

Lots of dirt tracks.  Texas Motor Speedway is about 45 minutes away.

I'm a road race guy and it's 3 and a half hour drive to Circuit Of Americas.

Keeping the refrigerators seems odd if people want them.  A relatively small item compared to the price.   Also cheaping out on the buyer's agents fee.

They are probably high dollar commercial units and they will move them to their lake house they are retiring too.

I do not like this guy.  He blows all his lawn clippings into the street, same with leaves.  His "compost" pile is on a steep creek bank.

I am glad they are moving, but cannot image someone paying two million for the house.   We paid slightly more than 100k for ours 20 years ago.   Houses go for 300 to 600k now and a very select few have broken the million dollar mark.  I cannot see this doubling that.

A good majority of them are, yes.  Watching joggers can be fun in our hood.

Drinks are free except at happy hour when they are half of free.

6 hours if traffic is bad.

I would say yes, but that will just bring trouble.. you would be peeking over my fence, coming over in your underwear at all hours, Wade would want to go fishing all the time, I would take all your doggies to add to my growing collection and so on.... BUT.. we could reenact the standing by the fence drinking a beer from King of the Hill.
