They are probably high dollar commercial units and they will move them to their lake house they are retiring too. I do not like this guy. He blows all his lawn clippings into the street, same with leaves. His "compost" pile is on a steep creek bank. I am glad they are moving, but cannot image someone paying two million for the house. We paid slightly more than 100k for ours 20 years ago. Houses go for 300 to 600k now and a very select few have broken the million dollar mark. I cannot see this doubling that.
