I was watching a cooking show & saw a similar salad.  I wanted to give that salad a go.

We skipped breakfast this morning. So if there is anything to that I intermittent fasting stuff I should have lost a few pounds!

Here mine, garbanzo’s, celery, red onion, parsley, undrained tuna in EVOO (the Italian Cook lady said don’t use tuna in water),  balsamic, lemon juice & S&P.
