Do you use tartar sauce or cocktail sauce on yours?  I make both at home using mayo and relish and spices or ketchup and relish and spices.

I was addicted to them as a kid.  Mom would buy them in giant boxes or bags.  I never wondered where the sticks of fish came from, I just ate them.  Probably a good thing.
