That is a show I have never enjoyed.  I much prefer humor of the @He Him His (SW) kind, and not the gosh is this torture kind.

My wife loves that show.  I often wonder if the stars are really that good or if it’s scripted to an extent? Like do they know the scenarios in advance so they can think about responses.

I do watch when she has it on but won’t go out of my way to watch it.

I think the musicians have a some pre-rehearsed pieces.  There is no way 2 musicians would pick the same key, chords, rhythm and tempo when given music style.  My guess is they have a dozen or so rehearsed styles  from which the actor can choose.

I think the rest is improvised.

WoLW and I went and saw Ryan Styles, Brad Sherwood, Chip, and one other guy when they came to town some years back. We had a great time.

The only thing I missed was that Colin Mochrie wasn't there at the time. He's my favorite, and he and Ryan together just gel into hilarity.
