Topped with diced tomato and basil from the garden, slices of hot Italian sausage and freshly grated parmensana reggiano. I need a nice Italian red wine but I'm at work and they frown on that here. The cous cous had garlic, parsley, scallions and a touch of parm with S & P. It was so good. I may eat that in a few minutes. I love food.
