Cappellini tossed with olive oil and sauteed minced garlic.  Topped with diced tomato and basil from the garden, slices of hot Italian sausage and freshly grated parmensana reggiano.  I need a nice Italian red wine but I'm at work and they frown on that here.

Black beans and some rice with chicken chunks and salsa.  I have a 1/2 cup of cous cous that was left from last night.  The cous cous had garlic, parsley, scallions and a touch of parm with S & P.  It was so good.  I may eat that in a few minutes.  I love food.  HAHA
