maddmaxx ★ Posted November 15, 2020 Share #4 Posted November 15, 2020 OK. I'll admit that I had to look that up but broccoli is the correct answer.
Further Posted November 15, 2020 Share #5 Posted November 15, 2020 My first thought was broccoli, which is a favorite, but I thought I'd google cruciferous veggie and see what else popped up. Turns out arugula is cruciferous veggie, and has lately become the star of my lunch salad Cauliflower is also high on the list

I will never get over the smell of hundreds of heads of that in the processing barn,
Longjohn ★ Posted November 15, 2020 Share #8 Posted November 15, 2020 I had roasted brussel sprouts and butternut squash from my garden tonight. Broccoli is probably my favorite. I have to go easy on veggies that are high in vitamin K because I’m on blood thinners. I get discouraged trying to fix meals because I used to cook mostly vegetables.
ChrisL Posted November 15, 2020 Share #9 Posted November 15, 2020 Yes... I’m weird that way, my parents never had a problem getting me to eat my veggies as a kid. Love em all the same.
dinneR ★ Posted November 15, 2020 Share #10 Posted November 15, 2020 Brussels sprouts. Love 'em. I usually eat them 3-4 times a week. Roasted with beets in a maple mustard sauce. Holy shit.

MickinMD ★ Posted November 15, 2020 Share #14 Posted November 15, 2020 Cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, Broccoli. I like them as side dishes. Cabbage itself I tend to eat when it's mixed with something else: Polish Galubki's (stuffed cabbage), Cole Slaw, etc.

Razors Edge ★ Posted November 16, 2020 Share #16 Posted November 16, 2020 Just the first seven alphabetically I like and eat relatively often! Very hard to top cauliflower, broccoli, and Brussels sprouts, but the more leafy ones rock too! The longer wiki list shows even MORE awesome ones, but I think it is safe to say "most" if not all are a good addition to a persons diet.
