Huh?  If the exercise wasn't because the ankle was HEALED, then the ONLY other reason was it was part of the PT, but it seems you haven't been to PT yet. :scratchhead:

PT on Thursday.

Exercising a lot less.

Rode 3 miles on the rollers, all 3 hurt, a lot.  I stopped.  Rode 10 last weekend, planned on 20+.  That didn't feel good either.

Will run later this morning.  We'll see how that goes.

Seriously, do something NOT injurious to yourself. Wait until Thursday and get a prescription for addressing the issue.
