Thanksgiving day miles, calories, pieces of pie

kinda dismal here in the SE mitten, but I went oot for 16 miles.

We did a 5.5 mile hike.

22.5. Rainy in the am but turned warm and sunny. The W&OD was a cluster so I bailed after two miles and never went back. ‘Twas the ride where every hill wasn’t a challenge but an opportunity.

Loaded the Anthem & my wife’s hybrid & did a mello beach cruise.  Probably 7’ish miles.  Sunny & mid 60’s at the beach.

Still not back to riding with the hematoma quite prominent. Skipped PT yesterday but did a mile hike this AM...and icing it now.

21 with my son. Last time we rode, I was fighting an injury and had a hard time riding with him. This time I was pulling him.

294 miles...   WoBG and I drove to our daughters home in WI. (and back)  Our dogs had there first road trip too.  After we go on the interstate, they slept until we arrived.

I set a record today...  5 days in a row, no walking with the dogs and no riding.   Most (if not all) of the other days off were rain days.

11 mile ride, didn’t wear my Garmin so I don’t know calories, one piece of pecan pie.

An easy six back and forth to work, and after a long cold windy day on the boat 6 miles is about all I had in me

I did 26 on the exercise bike.  According to the bike, I expended 624 calories.

We actually had really nice weather.  I was able to get a quick 30 mile ride in before the food came out of the oven @ 3:30.  Very nice to get a ride in and then eat a ton of carbs and fats and all the stuff that make even a reduced Thanksgiving dinner tasty.
