Mustard/onions/relish/tomato/Sport peppers/Pickle and a shake of celery salt. Then you shove the order of fries into the dog bun with everything else. Roll it all up in properly waxed paper. I hope to all that is Holy, they DO NOT put catsup/ketchup on the dog. That would be evil and sacrilegious. PS: Sorry to hear of all that flooding down there.
