JerrySTL ★ Posted December 2, 2020 Share #4 Posted December 2, 2020 If I drink beer before going to bed = 1 or 2. Otherwise 0 or 1. If I drink a few beers, I fall asleep quicker; however, I slept better if I don't.
groupw Posted December 2, 2020 Share #5 Posted December 2, 2020 Normally 1. Usually about an hour before I need to get up. Hell getting back to sleep for such a short time.

donkpow Posted December 2, 2020 Share #8 Posted December 2, 2020 The situation worried me in the beginning because of the prostate gland cautions. It turns out that my condition has nothing to do with that. My back is so screwed up and my sleep is so light that I think I don't even get to REM.

I used to do so once or twice a night but since I've cut way back on late night snacks - and the drinks to wash them down - due to my Freestyle Libre telling me not to do so, I've been sleeping all through the night.

shootingstar Posted December 2, 2020 Share #15 Posted December 2, 2020 Dearie is back from night sleep test clinic. He is tired. He didn't sleep well. He had to go to washroom 3 times during night.....with all the wiring still taped on him, plus carry some hand sort of machine that some cables were hooked up. He said he would have looked like a freakin' sci-fi nightmare, trudging over to the washroom. Of techician had to unhook him each time. Poor dearie...
