Popular Post groupw Posted December 4, 2020 Popular Post Share #1 Posted December 4, 2020 Had my annual review at work this week. Based on the dark cloud over my boss earlier this week, I was not sure how things would go. The meeting with the partners had no surprises good or bad about my performance. They were understanding that this year has been taxing personally and professionally. When asked about ways we could grow the company, I broached a topic they had just been starting to discuss so they asked me to be involved and take a lead in that direction. I have been hesitant to talk with them about wanting to live to AZ in the next couple years. Didn’t want that to be license to be swept out the door. They brought up if I had given thought to going there since my daughters are there. I told them I had but nothing concrete with the pandemic. They just asked I keep them in the loop so they can act on finding someone to fill my spot when I am ready. I wasn’t expecting much change financially because some of my biggest clients have been struggling with the pandemic. Instead, I got a 10% raise! I was almost speechless on that one! 4
ChrisL Posted December 4, 2020 Share #2 Posted December 4, 2020 10% is a helluva increase! Totally deserved no doubt! 1
2Far ★ Posted December 5, 2020 Share #3 Posted December 5, 2020 Good news! Congrats. Almost no chance of bumps this year, just like last year. Revenues have been constant, maybe even up this year, but we just can’t run big projects. Open enrollment time for us. Copays and deductibles are the same. Gonna cost us $40 more per week.
